PocketBase Collections

The app stores its data in PocketBase collections. The standard PocketBase record API is available for each collection:

Each collection supports the standard PocketBase record operations:

  • GET /api/collections/{name}/records — list records (with filters, sorting, pagination)
  • GET /api/collections/{name}/records/{id} — get one record
  • POST /api/collections/{name}/records — create a record
  • PATCH /api/collections/{name}/records/{id} — update a record
  • DELETE /api/collections/{name}/records/{id} — delete a record

⚠️ Visibility follows the app's rules: records are scoped to your family; private or label-restricted items are only visible to their owner and the people they are shared with. The users collection is intentionally not documented here.
